Calculating Sugar Concentration Based on Beverage Label
You will use the label data to calculate the predicted sugar concentration of your tested beverage. You will be calculating the percent (mass/volume) as described on page 514 of your textbook. Percents are usually calculated with the same units on the top and bottom of the fraction, but percent (mass/volume) is calculated with grams and milliliters.
